Smartalk Unlimited Call Promo by Smart

Smart Communications, Inc., one of the country’s leading wireless services providers, had recently launched its ultimate unlimited calls promo known as “Smartalk”.

This new service of Smart, offered last yesterday enables the loyal subscribers like Smart Buddy and Smart Gold to make unlimited calls to over million of mobile phone users on the Smart Network.

As for its features, Smartalk will not require you to change your SIM or your cell number. All Smart subscriber can avail this unlimited call service provided that they will purchase loads fro unlimited calls that comes into two variants or denominations. The first is the “Smartalk 100”, which is 100 pesos for 5 days of unlimited calls and the second is “Smartalk 500“, which is for 30 days.

According to the press release made by the Smart Communications’ official website, last June 24, 2009, when making a call using the Smartalk unlimited package, you have to use *6400 followed by the 11-digit SMART number, e.g. *6400009181234567.

For Smart Buddy or the prepaid users, if you are buying a load from retailers, just make sure you ask for the Smartalk load and not the regular one. The payment will be automatically deducted from your load and you need to have a P1 maintaining balance. Send Talk 100 (for 1 day) or Talk500(for 30 days) to 6400.

For Smart Gold or postpaid users, if you subscribed to Plan 800 and up, you can simply avail the 30-day unlimited call by simply sending Talk500 to 6400. A charge of P500 will be billed on top of your monthly service fee (MSF). Plan 500 subscribers can only avail the service by buying a Smartalk load from the retailers.

    Pan tapat nila ito sa DUO. And this is more cheaper that DUO, but in DUO maganda talaga ang line, parang landline talaga, I just don’t know here in smart.

    yang unli calls na yan.. tinatawagan ko yung mama ko pero lalaki yung sumagot.. tapos nung tinatawagan ko naman yung dad ko babae yung sumagot.. binastos pa nga ako nung isang lalaki weh.. mama daw ako ng mama.. grabeh talaga!!! tapos lagi pang out of coverage area lahat ng tinatawagan ko. NAKAKAIRITA!!

    wag kasi kayo magpaload ng mismong smart talk100 ako nagpapapload ako ng 115 then ako ang nagreregistered mismo okey naman sya eh.. kaso pag mga eleven pm na hirap komonek laging call ended.. or magttxt agad ung smart sasabihin sorry service is unavailable this time…

    i tried this before & im satisfied. now i want to take advantage again w/ their smarttalk promo,..PERO naman kainis 2 days in a row na ko try pero lagi na lang unavailable daw..anu to?mga manloloko kayo..papatikimin ng isang beses tapos di na paparegisterin uli,kunwari busy network,weeeeeeee style nyu bulok, Grabe naman kayu mga hayok sa load, SMART di marunong mg laro ng PATAS,.mandaraya..mandarambong..karmahin sana kayu..wag nyun hintayin na maubusan jayu ng subscriber…baka in the end kayu naman mgmakaawa samin..

    Mahirap na nga makapag unlicall ngaun eh, laging service unavailable dami2 pang pumapasok na tawag na nd ko kilala hahaha, natry ko nung una wala pang ganung nakakaalam ng promo 2hrs derecho talaga as in walang putol init nmn ang tenga ko weh kinailangan ko ng headset wehehehe… ganun nmn talaga pag tumatagal pumapanget xe madami ng gumagamit… wehhh…..

    so bad.. buong akala ko anytime pwede u mag register sa SMARTalk promo nila. What happens now ang sabi SMARTalk unavailable this time!..

    bakit ganon may time ba sa pag register(kung meron man anong oras ba? hehehe stupid ata). O kaya sadyang wala lang talaga yang promo nila: pampaPOGI points lang ata to..

    kaasar n smart 2, first time ko mag avail n2ng promo n2 eh unnavailable pa, 2mwag ako sa operator ang sabi is conjested n raw ang system nila kaya nhihirapan daw ako pumazok at gawa raw ng maraming nag papa subscribe.. (bulok) halos 6hrs nkong nag reregister puro hnd available.. anu ba yan.. then puro restart my phone daw para ma refresh sabi ng lintik n operator..

    nakaregister ako ngayon..
    ang dami kong marereklamo..

    - hirap magregister (sa 3rd day na, since first attempt, ako naka.avail)..

    - bastos! (toinkz!) — biglang magtatahimik.. then ayun.. wala na!, napuputol agad ang mga usapan (ewan if limit pero max ko ang 15 mins daldalan, mas nakakainis pag hindi pa nag 3 mins or worse, 3 secs, putol na agad)..

    - lalong nagpapabadtrip sa napuputol na usapan, ay ang hirap sa pagcontact.. usually, they’ll air this: “all lines are busy now, please try your call later” crap..

    - may mga kababalaghang nangyayari (nagalienate ang voice ng kausap ko.. may mas grabeh.. ibang tao na pla kausap ko!)..

    - ngaung gabi naman.. tama naman ang number.. nakausap ko pa nga lang ng ilang minuto pa lang ang nkkaraan.. then sa pagtry ko again, biglang: “your number cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial agen”.. ay grabeh!..

    - etoh pah.. magrereklamo sana ako sa kanila.. what the heck?!.. di naman mkakonek sa customer care.. ay grabeh tlgah!..

    GRABEH TLGAH!!!
    Di ko masulit ang unli ko..
    isa pa..
    birthday pa naman ngayon ng kapatid ko..

    HAAAAAAAAAYZZ!!!..
    HINDI MAKATARUNGAN!!!

    para rin po malaman ni smart kung ok pa ba ang service na binibigay nila ok..

    @michelle, hindi lang ikaw ang naloko ng smartalk service na yan, pati ako din. alam mo ba kung bakit kapangit ang service na yan ng smart? it is because Consumer group Consumer Complaints Center, Inc. has filed a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) against Smart Communications, Inc.’s promo “Smartalk,” calling it “deceptive” and “confusing.” Consumer Complaints Center President Vicente F. Gambito said his group has been receiving complaints about smartalk on the supposed poor service of the unlimited voice call promo smartalk. Mr. Gambito claimed the service bogged down during the first two weeks of implementation of smartalk, and that the *6400 service was unavailable for reasons such as the “phone was unattended” or “phone is outside of the coverage area”, but a connection could be made to an non Smartalk number using a regular call without the use of the prefix *6400 of smartalk. Also, attempts to subscribe to Smartalk during the period only resulted in receiving delayed messages saying the promo was unavailable at the time the registration was made.

    Tsk tsk, Dami na pla natin, i been using smart since my first phone way back 2003, grabe, saya saya kung nong first-2nd na nag register me sa smartalk plus, not until recently, dec. di na ma mka pag register, always unavailable this time ang reply, super bad trip na man me ngayon, im thinking na nga to switch to other network, kc for 4 days na me di maka register, kainis

    Ay naku, kahit ano na lang pinapauso ng Smart na ‘yan. Matapos kainin pera natin, di na iniintindi ‘yong services nila. HOY, GISING NA!!!!! Di ba kayo naaawa sa mga kawawang subscribers???? Bakit ba nawawala ang signal pag tatawag gamit ‘yong unlicall promo n’yo??? Tapos lagi pang “Connection Error” at “Network Busy”. Pero pag regular call, hanep, walang bawas ang signal. Please take time to read the comments here and initiate moves para ma correct ‘yong kapalpakan ninyo. Puro na lang pera iniisip n’yo kasi. Kailan ba kayo matauhan????

    Hello Chris, I’ve just read your July 24th, 2009 11:48 pm blog here. Parang wala yatang nangyayari sa mga hinaing natin dito. Mula umpisa hanggang ngayon wala pa ring pagbabago. At bakit din kaya mula 15 minutes per call naging 10 minutes na lang, tapos ngayon 5 minutes na lang? Minsan wala pang 1 minute, disconnected na. Di natin maiiwasan na magalit ang mga subscribers. Siyempre pinaghirapan namin yong perang pinambili namin ng load.

    taena ang smrtalk. . .kadalas n hnd mktwag ng 5pm-10pm . .kya nga hnd smrtalk plus ang gnwa ko pra 24HR ako mkktwag tpz ganun ang dalas n hnd dn mktwag ng 5pm-10pm. . .super daya ng smrt . .super smrt tlg. .mga mukhang pera. .
