Paypal funds can be withdraw through your bank account. You simply need to know the Bank Code of a certain local bank which you have an account.

I have put all the information needed in paypal including my bank account and paypal bank swift code but whenever I want to transfer the money in my account it always says “the money you want to withdraw is higher than the withdrawal limit”. Crazy paypal, I cannot transfer the money sent by my friend as a gift in my bank account. Sorry to say,I would not reccomend this to a friend.
