People of Wal-Mart : A Phenomenal Funny Photo Website Now!
The site People of Wal-Mart (peopleofwalmart.com) right now is making a phenomenon in the internet browser. This site is popular today as the are receiving big volume of traffic hits across the world. Thousand of people are visiting this site, no wonder if their site crashed since Tuesday, because of a funny and gag moment in where the feature those embarrassing photos of customers either in a funnily dressed or caught doing something funny inside the store.

The website also encourages the customer at Walmart to send some funny pictures of the people who are shopping at the store for their entertainment purposes to others.
Now, the team behind “People of WalMart” website revealed their identity in public and they are two brothers in the name of Adam and Andrew Kipple and a friend namely Luke Wherry who all hail from the greater Pittburgh and currently living at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The Los Angeles Public Relation News now reports that though such website could certainly affect the corporate image of Walmart, considering as the largest retail store in the world, so they must be responsible to take some preventive measures for its customer from being mocked at publicly in order to prevent future controversies regarding the store and at the same time to enhance their corporate image.
Now the site creators have a sort of manifesto, “People of Walmart was founded in August of 2009 by three friends and roommates after an inspirational trip to WalMart. Let’s face it; we all have seen the people who obviously don’t have mirrors and/or family and friends to lock them in a basement, and they all seem to congregate at Walmart. It’s not everywhere that you can shop for milk at 10 a.m. next to a 400lb mother of 6 wearing a pink tube top, leopard tights, and hooker heels”
Now please see their explanation on CNN.
[Andrew Kipple] denied complaints that the photos — many of which attract a string of snarky comments from readers — single out people because they are poor or unattractive.
“If you make a bad decision on what you’re going to be out in public wearing, that’s what we’re looking for,” he said. “If you’re 400 pounds, you shouldn’t be wearing nothing but a pink tube top. Even if you shop at Goodwill, wherever you go, the shirts they sell have sleeves and they have your size.”
Adam Kipple, who works as a Web designer for a marketing firm, said he and his brother are frequent Wal-Mart shoppers themselves and that, in a way, their site could be boon to the shopping chain.
“People [who send e-mails wanting to take pictures] say, ‘I haven’t been to Wal-Mart in years, but now I have a reason to go,’ ” he said.
Lastly, this kind of photo-based internet site do not die quickly if millions of people or surfers will continue to share funny pictures of all sorts. You should think now to revisit the smaller and yet less public dollar store in future times.
